Do you have any staff who would benefit from project management training?
The Time to Shine Programme is running a course for Time to Shine Delivery partners and we have some spare places. So if you work with older people, and you have staff who would benefit from a day of excellent free training, please ask them to book themselves a place.
The course is being run on Tuesday 26 February, at the Heart Centre in Headingley.
It will cover:
- the principles of effective project management and the benefits it brings
- advice on practical methods of managing projects
- current approaches to managing projects
- action planning to help you improve your approaches within your own role
It is NOT just for managers. It will be helpful for anyone trying to organise project delivery on the ground.
