Sustaining the learning from Time to Shine

We are in Year 4 of the six years of Time to Shine and we want to make sure work and approaches that are effective in preventing and tackling social isolation among older people are sustained into the future.

A priority for this phase of Time to Shine is to ensure that the learning from the programme is shared widely, and that a strong legacy, embedded in policy and service delivery across all sectors, is left in the City.

A new post, Time to Shine Programme Manager (Legacy) has been created to focus on this area.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Creating and developing the legacy of the programme

Working with key stakeholders to ensure the programme influences decision makers and promotes systems change

Staff and operational management
