Health for All delivers innovative, responsive services and projects to help people live healthier, happier lives, create better outcomes for children and families, reducing social isolation and building stronger communities.
This project reaches out to socially-isolated older people, engaging them through activities which help older socially-isolated people (50+) become more active. The role will lead on all Occupational Therapy Provision within the Time to Shine (CSO) Project working with isolated frail older people in their homes, including sheltered housing and care homes, providing support and engaging them in activities that help them to become more active.
Hours: 17.5 per week
Salary: £13,000 paper annum (£26,000 pa Full Time Equivalent)
