Supported Wellbeing Tender Information

The closing date for all applications was 5pm on 20 May 2016. This information is for reference only.

There was an information session at Bramley Lawn which was very well attended. The presentation can be dowloaded here

Match funding from the Clinical Commissioning Groups in Leeds has enabled us to develop a service model whereby local projects would work together with wider provision. Further information on the service model is attached.

Time to Shine seek to fund 3 to 4 local projects with a contract value of £30,000 each per year. Local work would be complimented by flexible wider provision with a budget of between £90,000 and £120,000 per year. A minimum of one local project will be funded in each of the CCG wedges. Information on CCG boundaries is included with the materials.

The delivery of each project will be entirely left to the various successful organisations, with possible direction from us to ensure that its overall aim is met. As with all projects of this nature, there may be possible TUPE considerations for the organisation/s awarded the project/s. As such, we recommend considerations of this nature are undertaken as part of your due diligence checks. Further discussion will be held during the tender process. It is not possible to fully determine whether TUPE is likely to apply at this stage, as it is not clear whether any work proposed to be undertaken on the Supporting Well-Being project will encompass any work currently being provided by other organisations.
